Singers’ Biography That Jalal Hemmati Sang About Them (Part 1)

  Periyosh Sotoudeh was an Iranian singer. He retired from the Ministry of Culture and Arts in 1359. But he was not allowed to pursue his artistic activity. He was one of the singers of the Ministry of Culture and Arts, who continuously collaborated with various orchestras of the Ministry of Culture and Arts from 1339 to 1357. He was one of the students of Hossein Saba, Olin Baghcheban, Nasrullah Zarin Panjeh, Faramarz Payor, and Hossein Dehlavi at the National Music Conservatory of Iran. Sotoudeh died on Monday, November 21, 2006, in Shariati Hospital and was buried in Behesht Zahra plot 2 in Tehran.
