Tawfiq brothers: Hassan, Hossein and Abbas Tawfiq, who in the second period of Tawfiq were cartoonists, writers, poets and editors, and in the last years of that period were the main editors of Tawfiq editorial office. which was highly welcomed by the people. In 1337, Mohammad Ali Tawfiq officially handed over the name of Tawfiq newspaper and its copyright for 32 years to the Tawfiq brothers. The publication of this noisy period of Tawfiq continued under severe censorship and with repeated closures until 1350 AD. During this period the appearance of the magazine changed, including the color of its cover and its pages gradually increased. The editorial of the first issue of the third period indicated a new situation and made it clear to the reader that he was not able to include any subject due to limitations (see Nowruz, March 20, 1983, p. 2). The words "Tawfiq is a national and independent newspaper that does not depend on any party, faction or population" and "the official organ of the Donkey Party" on the back of the cover also reminded that Tawfiq was not affiliated with any group. The first issue was welcomed by the people, so that the quotas of the cities were also distributed in Tehran.
