After the death of Hossein Tawfiq, Tawfiq magazine was stopped and finally, in 1319, under the management of his son, Mohammad Ali Tawfiq, the second period of Tawfiq began and continued until the coup d'etat of August 28, 1943. During this period, after September 1931, it was associated with the dominance of political open space and the liberation of the press from oppression. Thus, Tawfiq's content, like most other newspapers, became political and critical, while retaining its humorous and humorous style. Political instability due to the instability of governments was the mainstay of success in increasingly criticizing the ruling regime, which led to repeated sanctions. There were several reasons for the seizure, including the documents of 1324 and 1325, which state that the military governor's office recognized the contents of Tawfiq as contrary to the interests of the country and government policy, and issued a seizure order to the police.
