Six Great Kings Of Iran

Cyrus the Great is the first emperor of the largest empire in history, the Achaemenid Empire. Cyrus was so wise and forgiving during his reign that friends and enemies praised him. He is the first king who did not order the killing of people and the destruction of defeated cities after the conquest of the Babylonian, Median, and Lydian states. He even allowed the defeated people to be free to choose their own religion and did not force them to worship their god, Cyrus. Cyrus' noble actions have made him very different from other kings not only in the history of Iran but also in the history of the whole world.
