Jalal Alaa was born in 1258. She is Alaa al-Sultaneh's niece and Mehdi and Hossein Alaa's cousin. He entered the service in 1280. Jalal Ala has been a counselor at the London embassy for some time. Then he became the minister of Iran in Sweden and then in Italy. He also spent some time in Egypt, and his last position was the Minister of the Mukhtar of Iran in the United States. After Jalal Alaa's arrest in America, he was summoned to Tehran and retired. He died in Europe in 1326.
