  It is forbidden for the debtor to leave the court after the finality of the document: if a person has a financial debt to another, whether this debt is cash or any other type of property, and according to the court's decision, the debt has been assessed against him and a judgment has been issued for the person's debt and has been decided, this person cannot leave the country until he has paid his debt to the creditor.
