If you have a square face, your face is nearly as wide as it is long. Your forehead and cheekbones are the same width as your jawline, which is defined and angular. ‘It’s all about softening the jawline,’ says Appleton.
‘Soft waves work really well, side parts, and the best look for me is shoulder-length cuts. You want to avoid blunt cuts, especially at the jaw, because you want to go for more movement to take away the squareness of the face.’
