Stealing from a cosmetic surgeon

I had gone to his office for a nose job a while ago. I saw that he had very expensive gold and watches. Then I learned that he also had a house that he wanted to rent out. It occurred to me right then that I could take advantage of this opportunity. My family is not in a bad financial situation. My father owns a company and my mother works for a reputable company.
