Michael Lohan Arraigned After Arrest for Allegedly Assaulting Estranged Wife Kate Major

Major and Lohan filed for divorce in 2018, claiming their rocky marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

In April 2015, Major was arrested for allegedly “drunkenly attacking” Lohan after he accused her of being unfaithful. Major accused Lohan of grabbing her by the throat, which was later proven false.

That October, Lohan and Major’s sons, Landon and Logan, were removed from their home after social services obtained video footage of the pair in an “extreme argument” in front of the children. Lohan blamed the incident on Major’s alleged substance abuse issues, including alcohol and cocaine.
