Another one bites the dust. As the #MeToo movement was truly gaining steam, a fan to the fire was added when a titan of morning news television, Matt Lauer, was brought down by a legion of women claiming that he allegedly abused his position and sexually assaulted and harassed them. He gave one coworker a sex toy as a gift, then told her how he’d like to use it with her. Several other women claimed he summoned them to his office, where he locked the door via a switch under his desk and dropped his pants.
