Look at your feet to find out how many years you have left to live

It's normal to have cold feet in cold weather, but if your feet are always cold even in warm weather, it's a good idea to get checked out. Poor circulation, diabetes, hypothyroidism, anemia, or smoking are some of the most common causes. If your cold feet are accompanied by discoloration, pain, or numbness, don't delay seeing a doctor.
