Guillaume Gomez, a Famous French chef decides to leave the Elysee Palace

Very early on, Guillaume Gomez showed himself certain of his vocation. At the end of college, at the age of 14, he was admitted to the Paris School of Table Trades. After having made his debut with chef Johny Bénariac, he joined the two-star restaurant of Jacques Le Divellec. Barely of age, he found himself at the Elysée Palace, under the presidency of Jacques Chirac, and gradually climbed the ranks.
