Sabrina Ghayour

Born in Tehran, Ghayour moved to London in 1979 at the beginning of the Iranian revolution. After school she spent 15 years working in events and marketing for restaurateurs, as well as corporate catering in the City of London. She published her own cookbook called Persiana and also her website filled with hundreds of recipes.
