7. Extra Old Bitto ($150/450g) - Italian Giuseppe wine

Extra Old Bitto is very famous, this cheese comes from Hong Kong and it's an Italian cheese. Most Bittos are aged for 10 years or more. This rare Italian cheese is aged and prestigious: the oldest block is from 1996 and is stored in the Sanctuary of Bitto, in Gerola Alta, where the cheese is produced.
