The roads there are very dangerous and some special highways there are very narrow like the famous highway 80 which is from Kuwait City to Basra. The specific route is considered as the dangerous one and is given the name of Highway of Death due to the incident occurred in 1991 in which 2000 vehicles were bombed there. It is estimated that in Iraq 32 people died due to accidents in every 100,000 people in a single year.
