If you're having trouble with a double park, you'll get upset when it comes to the fact that these five wheel machines never went ahead of the prototype. It was built by the design of the Brooks Walker in the early 1950s on behalf of the Cadillac. A number of hydraulic pumps and fifth wheel gears were driven from the rear, so the driver could rotate behind the car and move lightly into space. Cadillac stopped the project, but Walker continued to design double park systems until the late 1970s.
