Shattered boyfriend of slain Ukrainian woman speaks out and reveals reason he WANTS everyone to watch the video: ‘This is important to know’

Zarutska had immigrated to the United States from Ukraine with her mother, siblings, and brother to escape the war. Her family wrote in their obituary that she “adapted very quickly to her new life in America.” She quickly learned English fluently and came to Charlotte hoping for a fresh start. Before immigrating, Zarutska had graduated from Synergy College in Kiev with a degree in art and restoration. According to her family, she was interested in sculpture and designing unique and creative clothes that reflected her energetic spirit.
