Green tea or Matcha?

It's not wise for everyone to increase their caffeine intake. The caffeine in matcha may trigger symptoms of IBS, IBD, anxiety, or insomnia. If you're not sensitive to caffeine, matcha is a good source. But make sure to consume your caffeine in the morning rather than in the afternoon or evening, so it doesn't interfere with your sleep. In general, try to stop consuming caffeine at least eight hours before bedtime.
