Fatal shooting over peach picking

The gardener was arrested at the scene and confessed to killing the young boy. The victim's friends told the police, explaining the incident: "A few hours ago we had gone to a farm pond to swim when we saw peach trees in the garden next to the pond. We were planning to pick some peaches from the top of the wall when suddenly the garden owner came at us with a gun."
