Scientists from five European countries have confirmed that my husband, Alexei Navalny, was poisoned with epibatidine, a nerve agent that is considered one of the most deadly poisons in the world.
In nature, this toxin is found on the skin of Ecuadorian poison dart frogs. It causes paralysis, respiratory arrest and ultimately a painful death.
