The amazing thing you do not know about sleeping
Many of us have experienced a process called sleep disturbance. For example, when we heard a sound outside the sleep world, it has somehow interfered with our sleep. An analogous example is that when you are physically thirsty in reality, your mind combines this feeling with your dream. Then you continuously drink large water jugs and tear yourself a few minutes later, you're thirsty again, drinking water, thirsty ... drinking water ... and this cycle repeats until you wake up to drink water in the real world.
