10. Breast Milk
Breast milk is the substance produced by the breasts (or mammary glands) of a human female for her offspring. Milk is the primary source of nutrition for newborns before they are able to eat and digest other foods. Babies are breastfed several times each and everyday, gulping down millions of ounces of milk across the entire globe daily. With a worldwide birthrate of over 131 million babies being born annually, and breast milk being the beverage of choice for these young bellies, it is one of the most consumed beverage in the world.
