Will Smith – Aggravated Assault
In 1989 Smith was part of a group of men that assaulted a man and left him almost blind. Smith was charged on many accounts for the incident.He avoided jail time because the charges against him were eventually dismissed.Will was 20 when this all happened. He spent one night in jail and described it as the “worst night of his life.”The worst part about it was he was woken up constantly by the other inmates asking for his autograph.
